We believe that education, entrepreneurship and community enablement are the channels that offer the best chance to create sustainable change for those in need. We support the ONE person, ONE idea or ONE organization committed to those channels that we believe can create that change. We then ask beneficiaries to pay it forward and help transform their communities.

Let’s start small by finding individuals and communities facing hardship and lacking resources but seeking a better life for themselves and their families.
There are lots of locally-led organizations that understand what their community needs but are unable to provide it. They know their people. They have a solution.
All they need is support from a partner who cares and respects their input.
One For Many is that partner. We will raise money for them. We will help them be more effective. We will hold them accountable. We will push each other to excel. We will focus on long-term sustainability.
We started operating in 2021 and want you to help us hit the ground running.

What Makes Us Unique: Our Approach
We approach charitable giving from a pragmatic, business mind-set. In both the for-profit and non-profit world, organizations must be run well in order to succeed, and must have quality outcomes.
We will do the hard work to find, vet and hold Recipient Partners accountable so you know that any donations are going to the ONEs that have the greatest chance of creating a positive and lasting community impact.

The Founders of OFM have over 30 years of combined experience in a variety of areas. A core part of how we give back is to provide hands on consulting and offer our skills to supported initiatives that need them.
When we select applicants, we carefully work with them to identify how we can make them stronger, and we can do so in variety of ways.

We want to permanently change lives rather than provide a temporary solution.
- We believe that grassroots-led initiatives that address their communities’ own unique needs are more impactful than top-down driven plans.
- We stay away from a “one size fits all” approach or thinking we have all the answers.
- Where possible, we will support organizations already doing good work in the community and not attempt to reinvent the wheel.
- We will focus on small, impactful organizations that may be overlooked by large donor organizations due to their size, and therefore may struggle to raise funds.
How We Make A Difference
We believe that there are 4 optimal social impact channels for change that best serve those who are in need. Our channels allow us to assist individuals at various stages of their lives and give us flexibility to adapt to each communities’ needs.
Education provides opportunity, Community Enablement provides support, Entrepreneurship provides self-reliance.
